Real Estate Photography

This is one of many simple projects I complete quickly for realtors and businesses to help them list homes and quickly sell them. This house was currently occupied when I was asked to come in and take photos for marketing purposes. Working with the current tenants was easy enough, just moving a few things out of the frame for each room.

To create the quality of photos I want, I use at least three different photos with different shutter-speeds to get the outcome I prefer. Then each photo is combined and corrected to make the perfect look. Quite a bit of extra work, but easily and quickly done. The house was sold within 2 days of these photos being published. Quick turnaround means quick money!
